Getting started with ResurgenceRX

Who is eligible to join ResurgenceRx?

ResurgenceRx treatments are available to individuals who meet the following criteria:

● Must be 18 years of age or older.
● Not pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
● Must live in a state where ResurgenceRx Operates.
● No history of eating disorders, recent bariatric surgery, gallbladder disease, pancreatitis, medullary thyroid cancer, or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2 (MEN2).

At this time, we are unable to accept individuals with diabetes. However, those with pre-diabetes
or hypertension are eligible.
Our commitment to member safety and well-being means that every individual’s eligibility is
carefully evaluated by a medical professional prior to issuing a prescription for medication.
This personalized process allows us to deliver care in a way that prioritizes both safety and
effectiveness.

Availability depends on provider licensing, egulations, and the specific medication. You will see eligibility during your assessment. Most medications are available to ship to all 50 states, excluding the District of Columbia. We are unable to ship certain injectable medications to California.

However, a medical professional will help determine the best option for you during your telehealth appointment.

 If prescribed, your prescription will be filled immediately. Typically, the medication is delivered within 5-7 days.

You can cancel anytime inside of your account dashboard, or by messaging our Patient Care Team.

To avoid your next charge, submit requests at least 2 business days before your next processing date. If you cancel before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, you’ll receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. Requests received after the cutoff will apply to the next cycle.
